Your Finnish School

CCE Finland’s goal is to spread the network, strengthen and reinforce the primacy of an effective creative education network, and its accountability towards the beneficiaries i.e students. Empanelment is one such key aspect which while balancing adequate access would also ensure appropriate equity. Ensuring Life Long learning and strengthening the promise of creativity in education through empanelled schools is one of the key focuses of CCE Finland’s School Development Projects.

Existing structural criteria for schools to be chosen and empanelled for this School Development project primary is to ensure School’s vision matches that of Finnish Education. For instance, In Finland at  the early years phase, there is a strong emphasis on learning through play, before the children enter schooling. Finnish curriculum strongly believes in letting children be children, by focusing on play, health, and the overall wellbeing of the child. All activities are planned around the holistic wellbeing of the child, supporting their overall development and learning journey. Learning is personalized for each student by empowering their strengths and supporting their challenges. Each student’s progress is followed through the national curriculum’s learning outcomes.
