Simran is a passionate educator with over a decade of experience specializing in social-emotional learning (SEL) and early childhood development. Her research has focused on the impact of SEL programs like Etiquette Learning and Public Speaking on fostering social-emotional competencies in young learners. Currently pursuing a doctorate that explores the connection between SEL and leadership success, Simran is dedicated to helping educators implement research-based strategies to empower students.
Nelli Louhivuori, Finnish Pedagogy Expert at CCE Finland
Nelli is a professional trainer and teacher (MEd) from Finland. She has specialized in elementary school education and has worked as a classroom teacher and an Italian language teacher in Finland. She has co-taught and trained Finnish elementary school teachers to use co-teaching in their work. She is currently working with CCE Finland to design schools across 3 continents.
Shirin Kulkarni, Research Director at CCE Finland
Shirin is the Research Director and Co-founder of the Council for Creative Education (CCE) Finland. She is an entrepreneur, researcher and teacher trainer par excellence and a fantastic writer in the field of creativity in education and educational psychology. An expert in curriculum development and training, she has developed all the training modules at CCE from scratch and trained over 12,000 teachers. With her solid expertise in pedagogy and creative education, she has trained teachers and principals to develop their school learning environment using creative methods based on the Finnish education system, known to be the best in the world.
