Trainer Profile

Simi Ballani
Simran Ballani is the COO and Pedagogical Expert at CCE Finland, with over a decade of experience in social-emotional learning (SEL) and early childhood education. She specializes in integrating Finnish pedagogy into global education models, focusing on research-based strategies to empower educators. Currently pursuing a doctorate in SEL and leadership success, she is passionate about fostering student-centered learning environments that promote emotional well-being and academic growth.

Rafael Miranda
Rafael Miranda is a CCE-certified Pedagogical Leader with expertise in psychology and an M.Ed in TESL. As a Google-certified educator, he has developed TESOL content for public education in Colombia and has trained teachers in PBL, technology integration, and online learning resources. His research focuses on game-based learning and virtual interaction, bridging innovative approaches to pedagogy. He is also certified in neuroeducation, enhancing his ability to develop effective, research-backed teaching methodologies.

Heramb Kulkarni
Heramb Kulkarni is the Director of Strategy and Education Technology at CCE Finland, with extensive experience as a speaker and trainer on EduTech, collaborative learning, and innovation in over 12 countries. He has trained more than 14,000 educators and leaders on strategic education transformation and ICT innovations. Instrumental in developing schools based on Finland’s curriculum across Asia and Africa, he has also been recognized as a Talent Ambassador of the City of Tampere, Finland’s educational hub. His research interests include educational technology, global education reforms, and collaborative innovations.
