CCE Finland brings Finnish education to Taiwan

The Council for Creative Education Finland (CCE Finland) has signed a long-term co-operation agreement with the Institute for Information Industry Taiwan (III Taiwan).

The scope of the agreement covers many areas, including a co-branded computational school in Taipei, entrepreneurship education, STEM education and extensive teacher training.

III Taiwan is a semi-governmental organisation developing learning experiences and education technology in Taiwan.

CCE Finland’s education programmes will be launched in Taiwan at the Smart City Expo 2019 organised between 26 and 29 March, with students being admitted to the new school starting in September 2019.

STEM Education and Teacher Training Agreement Signed

CCE Finland expects the collaboration to generate business revenue, both direct and indirect, of around three million euros in the short term and several millions in the long term.

Headquartered in Tampere, Finland, CCE Finland provides tailor-made teacher training and school development programmes globally, ranging from pre-primary to higher education. It’s an official member of Education Finland, a cluster programme governed by the Finnish National Agency for Education.
