CCE is delighted to welcome you to the 11th Symposium on Creativity in Education in collaboration with LUT University and the University of Jyväskylä. Embark on a transformative journey with us at the "Beyond the Smile" conference, exploring how happiness fuels creativity in life and education. Drawing inspiration from Finland, the world's happiest country, we'll delve into the secrets of their happiness index and uncover universal lessons for fostering innovation globally. You are also invited to our residential program to see how happiness flows in Finnish schools.
Through engaging keynotes and interactive sessions, discover the profound impact of happiness on cognitive processes, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills. Join us as we redefine the landscape of personal fulfillment and educational excellence, collectively journeying "Beyond the Smile" to a world where genuine joy sparks boundless creativity. We invite you to contribute to this dynamic exchange of ideas by submitting abstracts (300 words) that explore the intersection of creativity and education with happiness.
What's new in the 11th Symposium 2024?
What is Hackathon?
Hackathons are events where like-minded people come together to ‘hack’ innovative ideas and build realistic tech solutions to implement those ideas.
The goal of a hackathon is to solve challenges throughout the event and create a fully functioning usable software or hardware product or prototype by the end of the event.
Who can participate in #CreativeHack2024?
Participation is open to all the teachers, educators, and researchers interested in designing new apps or sharing their ideas or pedagogical know-how. Also, it's open for the students of education, IT, and education technology departments interested in helping to create the apps/services and coding. We are also encouraging government representatives who can present government, educational policies and their research.
