Special Pricing - Applicable until Mar 20, 2025

Residential Training Participant (Tour plus 12th Symp): 2400 EUR + €100 (waives the 400 Award nomination & ceremony fee)
Two-Day Conference: 400 EUR (CCE Member Pricing 255 EUR)
Two-Day Conference + Award: 400 EUR + 250 EUR (500 EUR is normal Award Pricing)

Standard Pricing - After Mar 20, 2025

Two-Day Conference: 580 EUR (CCE Member Pricing 365 EUR)
Two-Day Conference + Award: 580 EUR + 500 EUR (CCE Member Pricing 365 EUR + 300 EUR)

Important Points to be considered:

Virtual participation is only available for presenting an abstract, and the conference
Award nomination is only applicable for in-person attendees
All prices have VAT applicable extra

Award nominations will not be considered post 10 April 2025
If the award application is not approved, participants will receive a refund, subject to a deduction of €50 per application to towards application processing fees.
